When someone thinks of a superhero – they typically think of capes and super human powers. But by definition – it also refers to an exceptionally skillful or successful person.

Ok – so you may not go to work wearing a cape. However – you are up against changes and challenges every single day. You are battling the competitors, project timelines, and obstacles of all sorts.

Am I prepared for change?

The #workplace #superhero embraces change and values communication. They don’t fear change. They face change head on – with a clear plan and help their people along on the journey. As the Borg say “Resistance is Futile.” Perhaps. However – resistance to change can be minimized with the right attitude and strategy. The #workplace #superhero knows how to prepare their team for change, creating a change strategy that emphasizes communication and engagement,  helping them along on the journey to future success.

Are my processes helping or hindering work?

Processes – without them not much could get done. 90% of organizations fail to execute their strategy successfully. Why? Because they don’t have the right processes in place to support execution of their strategy – this lack of support tends to hinder efforts to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
