  • Identification of shared priority projects

Group Coaching

Unlike teams who have a common goal, group coaching supports people who come together with a common interest but do not always have the same goal.

  • Group members may or may not work together.
  • Each person has their own goals and outcomes to which they apply their new skills.
  • Clients benefit from peer learning and collective wisdom of the group.
  • Sessions can focus on goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action, accountability and more.
  • Group coaching can open up communication between silos or group members in different parts of an organization.
  • Is useful to follow up training to support learning retention and application.

Coaching is about the process, and I am a process guy.
I don’t need a deep dive into your industry or expertise.
The first thing to know about me is:
I get stuff done. I call it GSD.
My role is to is to guide you to achieving your desired outcomes. Sometimes that's guiding you from point A to point B. Sometimes it's helping you figure out your point B. And often times it's supporting you to raise awareness, shift perception, and change behaviors to meet your goals and increase your success and or that of your team.
